Letters give language a visible form. The same alphabet can take many shapes, from a quiet line of text to a word that fills an entire page. Size, spacing and rhythm change how we read it.
A typeface is a collection of related forms. Look at the spaces within and between its letters, the proportions of capitals and lowercase, and the way repeated shapes build the texture of a paragraph. Try a different weight, compare a few words, or write a sentence of your own. Small changes can make the same text feel very different.
