TYPOGRAMA S.A.S.
Typographic Software License
Consolidated Notice of Desktop, Web, and App Licenses
Version 1, October 23, 2026
SCOPE OF LICENSE
This typographic software is distributed under a commercial license. Its use requires a valid license granted by Typograma S.A.S. The proof of purchase or certificate identifies the licensee, the fonts and styles, the usage modality, and the acquired limitations.
This notice summarizes the Desktop, Web, and App licenses. Only the modalities and capabilities expressly purchased are authorized. The presence of this text in the font file, its format, or the technical possibility of installing or embedding it does not grant additional permissions.
Each license is non-exclusive and, unless otherwise expressly agreed upon, is granted upon a single payment, for any country, and for the entire legal term of protection, as long as its conditions are met. Scope extensions are purchased separately.
DESKTOP
Allows identified users covered by the purchase to install the font on up to two computers per person. Each person who accesses the files to compose or edit counts as one user. Unlimited print runs, logos, and final client materials, images, and rendered video can be created. The client needs their own license to install the font or compose new text with it.
Embedding the font in PDFs intended for reading and printing is permitted, solely for document reproduction, as a subset when feasible and with the extraction and editing restrictions available in the program. Distributing font files to clients or printers requires the corresponding license.
WEB
Allows hosting web files and serving them to browsers to display text on authorized domains, within the purchased monthly limit. Each domain covers its subdomains under the same licensee, with the exclusions of the full license. Page views are aggregated across covered sites during each calendar month; they do not equate to unique visitors or file downloads.
Copies and caching necessary for the browser, private development environments, and permitted technical subsets are authorized. Reasonable controls against reuse from third-party domains must be implemented. Preventing all extraction is not required.
APPS
The source code can be incorporated into identified applications or video games and distributed within the purchased cumulative limit. The first downloads from covered platforms and channels are counted. For direct distribution, the first installations are counted. Internal testing, updates, and re-downloads that the measurement system distinguishes are excluded. The counter does not reset per year, name change, or update.
Development and testing copies necessary for these applications are authorized. End users can run the source code within them, without the right to extract or reuse it. New applications and additional capabilities require an upgraded license.
FILE PROTECTION
Vendors and contractors may only access the files within the authorized scope and under the obligations of the applicable license. Protected backups are permitted. Authorship, ownership, and license notices must be retained.
Unless expressly authorized or subject to a legal exception that cannot be excluded by contract, it is prohibited to resell, give away, rent, sublicense, or publish the files; modify their internal names, outlines, metrics, or functions; convert them to other formats; decompile them; or use them to produce other fonts. Specific license permissions are maintained, including outline adjustments in logos and authorized subsets.
The use of the files or extracted glyphs to train or fine-tune artificial intelligence models or generate substitute fonts requires written authorization, to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Ebooks, hardware embedding, editable templates for third parties, document generators, design editors, and customization services require specific authorization when not expressly covered. The same applies to products whose primary value is providing reusable characters from the font.
OWNERSHIP AND COMPLETE TERMS
Typograma and the other rights holders retain their respective rights to the software, designs, and names, in accordance with the protection recognized in each country. The moral rights of the authors are maintained. The licensee's original texts, compositions, and other contributions belong to their respective owners.
The specific license accepted, the proof of purchase, and the agreed-upon terms and conditions establish the complete permissions, usage verification, warranties, and claims.
Responsibility and the causes and effects of termination are addressed herein. This notice does not replace those documents or modify acquired rights. Please retain and refer to the complete license provided with your purchase.
Colombian law applies, along with any mandatory regulations applicable in other countries. Warranties, consumer rights, the right of withdrawal, and the right to a refund, where applicable, remain in effect, as do any legal exceptions that the contract cannot exclude. Digital downloading does not, in itself, eliminate these rights.
